Mirror & Crown ("we," "our," or "us") is a beauty intelligence platform owned and operated by Elysian Glam LLC, based in Fishers, Indiana, United States.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect your information when you use the Mirror & Crown app, website, AI advisor (Elise), community features, and related services.

Our promise is simple: your data belongs to you. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your images without your consent. You remain in control — always.

Account Information — Name, email address, phone number (if provided), password or authentication method (such as Google sign-in), profile photo, and your role within the platform.

Beauty & Hair Profile — Your Hair Blueprint, hair personality assessment results, Consumer Profile details (length, maintenance, install, and support preferences), Crown Season progress, journal entries, and saved looks.

Photos & Images — Hair photos and uploaded images you choose to add to your Studio, Crown Board, Crown Story, or community posts. Every uploaded image defaults to Private — visible only to you — unless you choose otherwise.

Community & AI Conversations — Community posts, captions, affirmations, journal reflections, and conversations with Elise, our AI assurance advisor.

Stylist Leads — Your name, email, hair personality, and install preferences, shared only when you submit a "Connect" request to a specific stylist.

Device, Usage & Technical — Device type, operating system, browser, app version, IP address, general location derived from IP, log data, and pages or features you use. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the platform.

Payment Information — Payments for any paid services are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (such as Stripe). Elysian Glam does not store complete credit or debit card numbers on our servers.

Create and manage your account and authenticate your sessions.

Generate your Hair Blueprint, Crown Season pathway, and personalized recommendations.

Power Elise, our AI advisor — to reduce uncertainty, educate, and guide your journey.

Display community posts and affirmations according to the visibility settings you choose.

Send order confirmations, security alerts, and service-related messages.

Send optional educational content, Mirror & Crown updates, and newsletters — only when you've opted in.

Process stylist lead requests only when you submit one.

Maintain safety, security, fraud prevention, and platform integrity.

Comply with legal obligations.

Mirror & Crown uses AI to personalize educational content, explain raw hair characteristics, prepare you for stylist consultations, and support goal tracking and progress.

Your uploaded photos remain yours. Mirror & Crown will not use your images to train AI models without your separate, informed, opt-in consent.

Elise AI is an educational advisor — never a licensed medical, legal, financial, or cosmetology professional. Her role is to reduce uncertainty and leave you more assured than before.

AI may: personalize content, recommend collections, explain raw hair, assist consultations, and support progress.

AI will never: manipulate emotions, create insecurity to encourage purchases, diagnose medical conditions, replace licensed professionals, pressure purchases, or sell your personal information.

Every uploaded image defaults to Private — visible only to you.

Stylist Only — visible only to a stylist you approve.

Community — visible to Crown Circle members — your choice, never assumed.

No image is ever used for marketing without your explicit, separate consent.

You can change visibility settings at any time. All permissions are opt-in.

Community members may see content you choose to make visible at the Community level.

A specific stylist may see your lead details only when you submit a "Connect" request to that stylist.

Trusted service providers that help us operate — such as cloud hosting, authentication, email and SMS delivery, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and payment processors — receive only the information necessary to perform their services on our behalf.

For legal or safety reasons, we may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce our terms.

In a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction with continued reasonable protection.

Marketing communications are optional. You can unsubscribe at any time from any marketing email.

If you provide a mobile number, you may receive SMS for order confirmations, shipping updates, account notifications, and — only if you opt in — promotional offers.

To stop marketing SMS, reply STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@elysianglamhair.com.

Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Transactional messages (order confirmations, security alerts) cannot be opted out while your account is active.

We use cookies for secure authentication, remembering preferences, improving performance, personalizing content, supporting Elise, and fraud prevention.

We do not use cookies to sell your personal information, track you across unrelated websites, manipulate purchases, or collect more than necessary.

Third-party providers include Growth Hub 365 (email, SMS, CRM) and Stripe (secure payments). You may manage cookies through your browser or device settings.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Passwords and personal data are encrypted. Images and conversations are encrypted. Multi-factor authentication is available.

No online system can guarantee absolute security, but we continually maintain appropriate safeguards.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, maintain records, satisfy legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

Download all your data and export your Hair Blueprint or Hair Journey at any time.

Delete your account permanently, and delete individual photos or conversation history.

Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

In-app: Settings → Privacy → Delete My Account. By email: hello@elysianglamhair.com with subject 'Account Deletion Request.' Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Certain records may be retained to satisfy legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or audit obligations. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions — cancel those separately.

Mirror & Crown is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we learn a child has provided information without verifiable parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Our app links to third-party websites, including the Elysian Glam storefront (elysianglamhair.com). Once you leave Mirror & Crown, this Privacy Policy no longer applies.

We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party websites you visit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted here with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of Mirror & Crown after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
